Purchase process in the store

1. Once the product is chosen and the purchase of the desired items is made, you will make the payment in the store and will be given the invoice (white in color), along with a copy (blue in color). If it is self-service (prices framed in orange), you must go to pick up the items at the warehouse, located 500 m from the store, where you must hand in the blue sheet to the employees (this step is indispensable, as without the blue sheet no items will be given to you). Our employees will help you load the items into your vehicle.
2. If the purchase includes transport without assembly (prices framed in blue) or with transport and assembly included (prices framed in green), we will look for a day and time in the schedule to deliver the products to you, for a minimum purchase amount of €300.
3. Discounts are based on self-service, excluding some larger volume items. That is, a discount is made if the customer comes to pick up the items at the warehouse instead of requesting home delivery (the previous page details the different possible price combinations and types of discounts, which will then be specified for each product, in our catalog, on the web, or in the store itself).

Online purchase process

1. Enter our website www.kitdescans.com, where you will find all our products, with sizes and prices.
2. Choose the products you want and add them to the budget basket.
3. Once all the products are added to the basket, you can review it and make your budget request, following all the indicated steps.
4. Once the budget is received, our staff will check that we have all the products available in stock. If so, an email will be sent to you with the invoice and a link so you can make the payment with a credit card. If you want to request payment in the store, you can contact us by e-mail at info@kitdescans.com.
5. Once the payment is made, a code or a delivery note will be provided to you from our store so that you can go to collect the goods at the warehouse, in case it is self-service (price framed in orange). If the purchase includes transport without assembly (prices framed in blue) or with transport and assembly included (prices framed in green), we will look for a day and time in the schedule to deliver the products to you, for a minimum purchase amount of €300.

Financing:

You can finance the purchase through Easy Credit with all the banking entities of the Principality of Andorra. A budget will be made for you and the conformity of your banking entity to the authorization of the credit will be awaited. From that moment, we will contact you to collect the goods at the warehouse or we will bring them to your home, in case the purchase includes transport.

Warranty:
The warranties are those specified by each manufacturer. You will find a sheet inside each package explaining the warranties available for the item.
